I felt that how important the customer feedback when I was working for a reputed mobile telecommunication company in Srilanka. They stored
their feedback of customers in a secured database. Employees have to react for the complaints within maximum time of 24 hours. They have put a special team to investigate about the complaints. They have another team to consider the suggestions and to investigate about commendations. They prepare the suggestions and forward it to strategic management and relevant departments. Also they check commendations and get the extract of them to improve their strengths. So I thought if there is a proper system to manage the feedback in an accurate manner that would be very helpful to a firm to minimize their faults and maximize their strengths with customer’s likes and dislikes.
I designed to develop a system to fulfill the above mentioned needs. When was searching for a firm which in need of this kind of a system, I've found and selected Ebert Silva Co. Ltd for my researches. After that I met several reputed companies. They knew the importance of an automated system for customer feedback and they accepted my proposal.
